Do I need a subscription?
Not for the P02 dog tracker — pay once and it’s included for life. Our vehicle, asset and personal trackers use a plan from £4 a month with 7 days free.
Is there an app to download?
No download needed. The app runs in your web browser on iPhone, Android or any computer. On iPhone, add it to your Home Screen for alerts.
Does it work abroad?
Yes. Our trackers use a global SIM that roams onto mobile networks outside the UK.
How accurate is it?
Up to 3 m in open sky. Indoors it shows an approximate location from the nearest phone mast, clearly marked “Approximate”.
Can my family or staff see it too?
Yes. Add extra logins — up to 4 on Standard, unlimited on Premium — and each person gets alerts on their own phone.
